Kim specializes as a Buyer's agent, Listing agent, has Property Management experience, and manages both Vacation/Short-Term Rentals and Long-Term Rentals in Long Beach CA. She is proud to be part of a boutique brokerage firm as an independent real estate agent. She prides herself on the relationships created between all parties to carry out a smooth transaction. 

She is the youngest of seven children and grew up with parents that invested in real estate often. She is married, has two children and a little terrier mix dog named Nala-bear. 

Kim is greatly involved within the Long Beach community. She is a committee member for the Young Professional Network at Pacific West Realtors. She has been teaching yoga classes in her local community since 2010. Kim is also involved in the Long Beach schools as a PTA member.
