Laura Heflin is a Southern California native with deep roots in the communities she serves. Raised in Long Beach and Los Alamitos, Laura earned her master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and spent more than 22 years working in education as an elementary school teacher and curriculum specialist. Her experience as an educator strengthened the communication, organization, and advocacy skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.
Real estate has been part of Laura’s life since childhood. Her father was a real estate broker, and some of her earliest memories include visiting his office, flipping through the thick printed MLS books, and imagining the families who might one day call those properties home. While the promise of frozen yogurt may have helped persuade her to tag along with her dad, those visits sparked a genuine and lasting passion for real estate. Today, Laura proudly continues a family tradition built on more than 50 years of real estate experience serving communities throughout Southern California.
Known for her genuine nature, strong work ethic, and determined approach, Laura is passionate about helping people confidently navigate one of life’s most important decisions.
